Roles & Responsibilities:  - Own the desktop-web traffic into www.redbus.in  - Realize higher GMV and EBITDA out of the desktop-web channel  - Improve user-experience across all interaction points  - Identify trends in the industry and bake into product roadmap  - Iron out issues in the product through data  - Drive incremental improvements all across the product through data decisions  Skills/Expertise:  - Proven expertise in product management in dotcoms  - Tech enthusiast  - Thrives in maintaining cross-functional relationships both within (design, development, marketing, QA) and outside (industry bodies, prominent operators, agents, etc)  - Extremely data driven  - Familiar with statistical techniques for data analysis  - Familiar with Agile  - Comfortable in zooming-in from a 30k view (product roadmaps) to a close-up (fine-combing through page elements)  - MBA from a top-tier B-school is a plus
