redBus disrupted the bus industry in 2006 to become the largest bus ticket platform in India. Now we are getting ready to disrupt the bus industry the second time, this through the mobile platform. Our Mobile business has grown 5x in the past 1 year. Our Mobile apps have won awards at global platforms and are the highest rated Indian apps across Android, iOS and Windows... and this is just the start! We are looking for a talented Product person who can lead the Mobile products as Mobile product Head.  Responsibilities:  1. Responsible for complete ownership of the mobile products strategy including product features and roadmap  2. Initiate and prioritize projects and features with engineering and design team, track product development and launch product on time  3. Establish processes to improve quality and speed of product delivery such as comprehensive requirement gathering, proper documentation (PRD/SRS etc), impact analysis, usability testing, test cases review etc  4. Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution  5. Analyzing product and user metrics using analytics tools and use the learning for product innovations and improvements.  6. Conduct competitive analysis and identify areas for differentiation.  Desired Skills and Experience  1. Total experience of 7-8 years of product management experience with min 1+ years in Mobile product management, across different app ecosystem.  2. Solid understanding of mobile Design/ UX principles and designing for multiple device sizes.  3. Understanding of technology and experience with software products or online products is required  4. Analytical - Comfortable working with large sets of data, able to work with analytics tools to drive business and product specific insights.  5. Track record of defining and releasing successful products across quick, iterative releases  Educational Qualifications:  B.E. / B.Tech from a good engineering college  MBA from Tier 1 college only
