Desired experience - 5+ years of experience working in partnership and Marketing alliances - Experience in working and managing cross-functional teams is desired - Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing, and fluency in speaking - Requires ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes - Self- driven and highly motivated to exceed goals - Prior experience in working with e-commerce companies will be a plus Role Overview The incumbent in her/his individual capacity (Individual Contributor Role) would lead all alliances and partnership activities for redBus India and SEA She/He would be responsible for maintaining the existing relationships and identifying new strategic partners thereby capturing diverse user segments ensuring new user growth. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain broad and deep external relations with all existing partners including top Banks, Digital payments institutions, e-commerce, and retail organization - Develop and structure partnerships with new partners - Develop a country-level partnership pipeline, increasing the number of valuable partnership that drives growth for redBus in all Geos - Influence and Negotiate partnership framework with the partners ensuring a mutually beneficial and lasting relationship - Manage end-to-end new partner on-boarding process - Ensure legal and ethical compliance in every partnership - Set, track and analyze key partner performance metrics - Ensure reports and communications are frequent and bi-directional with all partners - Maintain updates to the partner of the latest developments of their alliance account and provides feedback to the partners if needed
