Role Summary/Purpose:  - Digital marketing expertise and responsible for the planning, execution and management of Digital Marketing Strategies as well as CRM for achieving brand and business objectives  Key Responsibilities:  - Work closely with the Senior Brand Director for building and strengthening all the brands - redBus.in (consumer facing), seat seller (agent facing) and BOGDS (bus-operator facing) using digital media  - Strategize and build multi-platform Digital marketing and promotional programs   - Develop and implement CRM programs including email communication strategy, analysis, and insights.  - Develop innovative social media branding initiatives in order to create buzz, further engage our customer, grow friends/followers, and build loyalty.  - Develop and manage custom content platforms that help us acquire, activate, and retain customers while also providing a way for those customers/ prospects to amplify positive brand behavior.  - Measure and monitor all digital campaigns on a regular basis taking corrective actions wherever required  - Manage online public relations contacts & outreach with public relations partners  - Work with various external stakeholders such as media partners and agencies and also with internal stakeholders such as the Products, technology, Sales and operations teams to execute digital marketing activities  - Stay abreast with emerging online trends to develop innovative marketing campaigns and increase effectiveness of Digital marketing.
