Experience: 5 to 8 yrs Location: Bangalore KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Provides HR expertise and service that support stakeholders in achieving their goals and objectives by becoming a trusted partner. - Develops collaborative relationships with senior management, people managers and employees in assigned groups such as coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving. Coaches and counsels managers on effective management/supervisory skills that inspire high performing employees. - Partners with people managers and recruiters to attract and retain a diverse, engaged workforce. - Manages performance management and attrition - Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. - Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit - Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally - Builds a strong business relationship with the internal stakeholders - Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks - Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees - Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management - Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves - Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions - Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes - Acts as core member of the HR Management Team - Creates and publishes BU specific reports - Develops HR team members as they can become HR Business Partners - Drive HR technology adoption as a champion through collaboration with HR and business stakeholders - Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions &amp; projects and ensure timely completion. CRITICAL SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE: - Must possess considerable knowledge of all HR disciplines; particularly strong employee relations knowledge, organizational design and performance management. - Atleast 5 years of experience and progressive responsibility in HR business partnering for high growth complex companies or dynamic start - up/ Engineering/Product organizations tech/product organization - Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff is critical. - Hands on experience using Competency frameworks to drive talent planning and progressions - Proven ability to effectively present to all levels and cross-functionally within the organization. - Data-driven - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent consulting skills. - Strong conflict resolution skills. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Comfortable within a high change evolving organization - Embraces change effectively and works like a champion to drive change adoption with business
