Job Description :   - Coordinate with International sales team and bus operators to capture relevant customer insights and then suggest solutions in line with the overall product vision.  - Build competency and make internal process changes to translate customer insights into product features.  - Create related product requirement documents with complete details of the implementation planned and wireframe/prototype whenever needed  - Work with the designer to create the designs so as to finalize the UX aspect.  - Work with cross functional team for Development and final rollout  - Be an expert with respect to understanding the competition  - Present product progress to key leaders within the company  - Increase the adoption of BOGDS in new geographies through Distributors and Bus operators  - Assist in developing plans for product roadmap by helping to identify the right priorities  - Be the product evangelist and explain the product features clearly and passionately to other team members making them equally knowledgeable and excited about the product.  - Ensure that all members in the ecosystem are using the product in the most appropriate way  Desired Skills and Experience :   - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Product Manager  - Should be associated with the product management of a technology product or/and in the e-commerce domain  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)  - Excellent teamwork skills  - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
