Responsibilities:  - Will be responsible for planning and conducting regular inductions  - Will be responsible for executing the quarterly training calendar  - Will be responsible for publishing month end and quarterly reports  - Will be responsible for meeting up business heads and identifying training needs  - Will be responsible for designing new modules based on the requirement  - Will be responsible for the training administration like scheduling/conducting feedback/ reporting  Desired Candidate Profile:  - 4-6 years of relevant training experience  - Should have hands on experience of facilitating programs from junior to mid management  - Having experience of doing leadership sessions/sales  - Having a knowledge of Instructional Design would be an advantage  - Should be open to travel for training
