Looking for USER ACQUISITION MANAGER  Red Monster Games is looking for a User Acquisition Manager with experience and passion to help grow its game Real Teen Patti. In this role, you will drive advertising campaigns with the goal of achieving growth targets efficiently. The ideal candidate loves data, has a strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem, and considers user acquisition an art, as much as it is a science.  RESPONSIBILITIES  - Work closely with Product Management to define goals and implement campaigns  - Build, test, and identify the most efficient targets to drive quality and scale  - Analyze cost, retention, and revenue performance data to inform optimization decisions to drive efficient user growth.  - Develop new insights and data exploration to uncover meaningful market trends  - Collaborate with artists to conceptualize and design high response ad creatives  - Manage relationships with Ad Networks  - Maintain a strong understanding of the developments and changes to various ad platforms.  SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  - 3- 15 years of experience in media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing  - Understanding of free-to-play game mechanics and market trends  - Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach  - Strong hands-on understanding of player retention and lifetime value strategies and measurement  - Organized, self-motivated, hard-working, and a strong sense of accountability  - Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage campaigns across multiple products  - Experience with managing Ad Networks.  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel  - BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Finance, or equivalent  ABOUT RED MONSTER GAMES  Red Monster Games is a mobile social gaming company based out of Bangalore.
