Purpose of the Job :

The KAM (Non Traditional-Military) primarily responsible to deliver expertise in the channel through aligning company growth agenda (Financial & Trade Sales) with CSD by driving RTM Initiative,Distribution, and Customer marketing agenda, Merchandising and Logistics initiatives to make business profitable . In addition to the above he is also responsible for deployment, maintenance of company assets by following company laid down processes and procedures, whilst Developing,Planning, Cascade, local nuisances from the country strategy.

- The role is to Analyse & Review key identified drivers that guarantee Vertical & Horizontal growths by driving systemic team capability and efficiencies through recruitment, training and development of DPM, Strikers/Merchandisers.

- The position will manage the Communications, Allocation, Tracking & Controlling budgets spends.

- He will also be responsible for operations in warehouse and coordinate with Regional & National operations team internally and building relationship with the CSD team from time to time.

Key Responsibilities :

- Company growth agenda both Financial Sale(FS) and Trade Sales (TS) through Direct Supplies as per company strategy.

- Assist in setting up the CSD vertical through Recruitment, Training of Distributor Partner Managers(DPM- s), Front line Sales Team (Strikers & Merchandisers) as per company guiding norms and regulations to deliver best in class service, driving team motivations and development.

- Ensure channel profitability, Key responsibility will be to get price revision with CSD on 250ml.,introduction of new SKU's as planned at profitable price, introduction in various opportunity wings of Defence outlets including CPC etc. and establish systems and processes on payments, BTL etc. .

- Being a single point of contact with the customer, effective lassoing with CSD at appropriate levels and maintaining routines on documentation and Ensure that he develops best in class relations with the Customer/Account Team (CSD) both at the HQ and the regional teams.

Education and Qualifications :

1. Relevant university education

Experience :

1. Min 5-7 years professional experience in a similar role with a sound understanding of FMCG industry and dynamics. Key Account Management experience is beneficial.

Knowledge and Skills :

1. Proficient analytical and conceptual skills to build sales stories from internal and external data.

2. Strong project management, execution and team handling capabilities.

3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

4. Ability to build effective working networks and relationships internally and externally.

5. Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
