Background: In line with its strategy to drive efficiencies the company has recently added a Global Contact Center (GCC) in India which caters to work requirements of operating businesses across the world including the America- s, Europe and parts of Asia. The center is based in Bangalore and has 3 LOB's which are:

1. Transaction Processing

2. Transformation

3. New Challenges (Analytics)

As a part of their business plan, this center called Global Captive Center (GCC) in India is one of the prominent & is planned to be between 2500 - 4000 FTE over the next 24 months across the 3 LOB's.

Job Role: Recruitment Specialist

Reports to: People HR Director (GCC)

SALARY - Open the client will take a call.

Experience in NON IT in GCC / Services company preferred

Location - Bangalore - Bagmane Tech Park (Marathalli Outer Ring Road)

Work Hours - 11 - 8.00 PM

Experience - 6 - 9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle and work with other areas of HR for effective sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding processes

- Provide ongoing guidance and advisory support to hiring managers throughout the end to end recruitment process

- Build relationship with hiring manager and consult with them to complete a detailed job specification/description

- Effectively use E-Recruitment/Taleo platform for hiring best in class talent, & responsible for high quality MIS/ Reporting

- Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy and practices are executed

- Manage relationships with contingent partners

- Provide market intelligence regarding hiring trends as well as research competitive markets and peer organizations

- Identify, coordinate and participate in internal and/or external job fairs as needed

- Build diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging proactive recruitment channels

- Administration of company advised and approved assessment tools as required

- Active promotion of the Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Skills training and all other recruitment tools

- Ensure quality coaching on recruitment methodologies and employer brand as needed

- Provide a leading edge candidate experience

Incumbent Specification:

Knowledge/Experience/Technical Skills:

- Demonstrated strengths in recruitment and selection processes with knowledge of Recruitment function. Bachelor's Degree required and Master's Degree Preferred

- Strong knowledge on MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong knowledge in recruitment applications such as Taleo and job posting portals is required

- Overall 5 - 7 years of experience in recruiting & recruiting management with a strong data/metrics focus

Personal Skills :

- Superior communication skills and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and often competing demands, independently lead HR for an SBU or sub function

- Close attention to detail and strong administrative and analytical skills

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence among peers, associates and applicants

- Commitment to quality and experience in successfully redesigning processes

- Passion for exceeding expectations at all times.

SOURCING GUIDELINES :

The person should have worked in a renowned company -ideally an MNC or an Indian company of very strong repute.

The person must have done NON IT recruitment mostly for an organization with large volume hiring.

The person should have 6 to 10 yrs of experience. Communication should be extremely good
