Ensuring Pan India Recruitment is as per the Budgeted manpower and ensuring closures for critical positions as per the defined TAT.
Managing the entire placement operations encompassing, preparing fitment of candidates, negotiating and finalizing Offers for Pan India Mid level and Senior level positions.
Preparing Job Descriptions & identifying competencies required in consultation with Business heads.
Identifying candidates through different source mix like Job Portal, Advertisements, Employee Referral Program, Manpower Consultancy and Campus.
Review recruitment agencies & create parameters for using them internally.-
Vendor management.
Consultancy Payout System - Post joining of candidate, ensuring timely payouts to vendor through online portal.
Create IJPs & employee referral campaigns as per requirement.
