Job Responsibilities:
- Involved in end-to-end recruitment process for professionals across all levels in BFSI (majorly Consumer Banking)
- Handling clients independently and understanding their organization's business activities, organization structure & culture
- Discussing with the clients on the Manpower requirement and ensure in time and good quality fill through Mapping competitors, Referrals and different sourcing tools like job portals etc
- Actively involved in client deepening and develop strong consultative relationship with hiring managers and candidates
- Formulate and execute strategies along with the business head to achieve challenging recruitment targets.
