Looking for 6-10 years of relevant experience into Recruitment (Support & Leadership hiring) for a leading Financial Technology Provider organization in Gurgaon
Job Description:
- The incumbent should be able to plan, strategize the Support and Leadership hiring projects, 100% meeting the TAT of hiring nos.
- Has to do the Vendor Management, get involved in Budgeting, Forecasting.
- Has to manage a team of 4-5 people
- Activating Sourcing from various recruiting sources like: - Company database, Job Portals, Employee Referrals, LinkedIn, and through own network.
- Conducting the HR discussions and setting up the right expectation with the candidates
- Closing the Salary fitments of each select case and raising it with Delivery for necessary approvals.
- Periodic follow ups with all the yet to join – candidates and ensuring their joining on time.
- Ensuring the Policy & Compliance in place during the complete hiring activities.
- Accountable for Recruitment MIS reports.
