Designation: Recruitment Manager (Semiconductor)     

Position Description :

 - Own Requisitions (Hands-on role) - End to end delivery (Requisitions - Offers - Follow Up - On boarding)

 - Adhere to Process document and ensure requisitions are tracked

 - Interact with business/stake holders from time to time from TA perspective

 - Fire Fighting - Provide TA solutions

 - Leverage on Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing Model and other avenues for great ROI

 - Vendor Management (Interact with external vendors and build cordial relationship for high yield)

 - Handle a team across locations

 - Maintain Trackers diligently

Qualifications/Requirements:

 - 7-12 years of hands on experience in recruitment

 - Hands-on experience in Semiconductor domain

 - BE/B.Tech from any institute(preferable)

 - Experience in working for Corporates(Mandatory)

 - Must have experience in building plans for hiring needs

 - Must have excellent recruiting acumen, business and technology understanding

 - Must be a go-getter; Self Driven and one who takes complete ownership and accountability

 - Must be data driven

Location: Bangalore

Budget: 10-15 Lakhs
