About our Client - Our client is one of the leading European fashion retail players with a significant presence across the globe. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, and have always been at the fore front of developing trendy and affordable clothes and accessories for their customers across age groups. Currently, they are looking at entering the India market, and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager as a part of their central management team, based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting into the Country HR Manager - India your responsibilities will include:

- Spearheading the recruitment strategy for the country - including campus recruitment strategy, entry level recruitment, lateral recruitment and leadership hiring

- Sourcing candidates in creative and cost effective ways (e.g. social networking tools, research and market mapping, employee referrals, advertising, recruitment agencies)

- Organizing and participating in recruitment projects such as employer branding activities, campus recruitment, employee referral programs etc.

- Proactively build a candidate pools in key position and manage relationships with potential candidates for future recruitment opportunities to ensure talent pipeline is maintained

- Screen, select, arrange & interview candidates and give feedback & advice to the hiring manager on the suitability of the candidates

- Ensure recruitment systems, processes and policies are applied for all hires

- Partner with business leaders to drive and optimize talent acquisition activities including manpower planning forecasting and budgeting

The Successful Candidate - You will come with 8-10 years of work experience with exposure across campus, lateral and leadership hiring using different sourcing strategies in a retail set up. Experience with working on the shop floor with a large department store is an added advantage. Exposure to recruiting within fashion retail, sports retail or a large retail chain is desired.
