- Frontline recruitment experience of hiring in big numbers

- Requirement for this role is to hire 250 plus/per month across three sites in BFSI/Healthcare voice & data

- Experience of 5-8 years with a large part of it in frontline hiring.

- Someone with experience & unerstanding of the Chennai market would be a big plus.

- Team of one AM/3 TLs & 7-8 recruiters will support this role in meeting hiring targets.
