This opportunity exists with one of the leading MNC based out of BLR.

Role : Recruitment Manager

Experience : 8-12 yrs

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities

- Should be intrumental in managing both Lateral hiring and Volume based role (avg hiring - 350-400 month)

- Team Mgmt / Mentoring

- Relationship Building with Internal and External Customers

- Synergise the business recruitment relationship to properly meet the manpower requirements of the organisation

- Manage the relations with external business partneres/ vendors/ consultants

- Provide excellent client management service

- Effectively resolves the conflict of opinion through policies

- Sourcing Process Deployment - Participate in client meetings and in business development strategy sessions to help build the tech and consumer practices

- Understand the client company, the market they are in, the products they produce, the strategic direction of the company, and the specifics surrounding the role we are working to fill - SPD

- Identify and the best mix of resources to source top talent – using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources

- Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis - Keep a check on hiring policies and suggests necessary changes taking cues from market

- Assists in generating leads from the conversation with candidates

- Brand Building Exercise - Identifying and attending career fairs, professional association meeting, technical schools and outplacement activities

- Process Adherence and Improvements - Guides his team to adhere to the existing recruitment processes

- Facilitates creation of new recruitment systems and processes with sugessting the areas of improvement in the existign practices.

- Responsible for preparing CEO tracker

- Cost Management - Balances the hiring through various sources keeping the budget in view suggests ways of cost reduction for hiring and hiring related activities

Strategy and Planning

- Partner with recruitment head and HR Head to implement creative recruiting resources

- Solicit referrals from projects and employees, design referral schemes and campaigns; solicit referrals from recent hires
