This is an out and out hands on Sourcing role - with experience in Leadership and Global hiring. (Only Recruitment operations experience will NOT suffice.)

Job details :

- Strong experience in Leadership hiring & Global hiring

Preferred domain- IT / Logistics hiring (Not Mandatory)- Should be from Product Development Companies.

- Should be strong in sourcing candidates for leadership roles across job boards,linkedin, headhunting, references etc. Good at social media recruiting; spend considerable time with the candidates to evaluate them based on their experience, achievements, behaviour, cultural and motivational fitment.

- Should have handled Leadership Hiring and Global hiring (individually)

- Should be ready for Individual contribution role

- Proficient in usage of MS Office tools

- Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically

Other skills required :

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills Ability to meet deadlines and is solution driven

- Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English

- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

- Should be able to handle work pressure
