Senior Recruitment Manager - IT (10-15 yrs)

Job Duties
- Build and manage a permanent consulting desk and ultimately build business unit within the Recruitment Division
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team
- Volume hiring in IT domain.
- Manage & train recruiters to make sure the submission rate is maintained with good quality profiles, should have managed a team of 6+ directly reporting to the individual
- Develop and deliver Recruiter training including sourcing and screening techniques, resume database searches, internet sourcing and cold calling
- Distribute the requirements to the team based on their criticality and strengths of team members.
- Monitor and manage staffing goals and objectives weekly.
- Create and manage metrics for open positions, new hires and retention of the recruiting team.
- Resourceful and self-directed. Should have ability to work in extreme pressure situations, motivate peers and lead large teams.
- Charged with reengineering the recruitment process for increased submittals and placements.
- Educate and guide team members in the successful utilization of various recruiting methodologies, e.g. database, cold calls, referrals, networking.
- Conducted periodic conference calls, regular team meetings and 1-on-1 meetings with the recruiters and account managers to discuss current recruitment strategies, opportunities for improvement in efficiency, time/cost-saving techniques to enhance performance
