I am working on a Senior Recruitment role with a reputed IT organisation which is a part of a multi billion dollar industrial conglomerate.
It’s a strategic business partner role based out of the organisation's corporate office in Bangalore. The role entails the responsibilities of front line hiring and laying out process & systems of recruitment.
The role will report into the VP – Recruitment.
- Candidates with 8 - 12 yrs of experience are preferred.
- MBA not mandatory and B.E graduates have an upper edge.
- Candidates from Tier - 1 IT services companies preferred.
- Experience in North American market and APAC regions is a value added bonus.
- Team managers are eligible where as Individual Contributors are a nice to have professionals.
Candidates from Bangalore only preferred.
CTC upto 16 lacs. (max - inclusive of all benefits)
