Quad One is Hyderabad based company providing IT services primarily to Healthcare sector. The company also has several global customers. We have strong knowledge-based culture where constant learning and improvement of skills is a part of everyone’s job description.

The company is seeking to grow rapidly, and is in need of a Senior Recruiter to cater to this aggressive growth.

The individual will need to understand, plan and execute keeping in mind the business plans for short, medium and long term.

The candidate should have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitments. Besides, we are looking for a person with pleasant personality, high maturity, and excellent communication skills.

The candidate should be able to appreciate the culture and strengths of the organization, and further able to communicate the same to potential candidates whom we wish to hire.

The position is based in Hyderabad. Salary is not a bar for the right candidate, however, the person should have fire in the belly to take up challenging targets in a startup environment.
