Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Recruitments
Dept: Operations
Reports To: Director
Location: Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai
Role in brief:
- The Managers will lead searches for senior level executives on behalf of corporate clients across all major functions and industries. Over time, Managers are viewed by clients as strategic industry and functional experts who aid in providing ideal manpower solutions.
- Initially, the individual will focus on completing senior level assignments of high quality. This will include: developing thorough position specifications, making candidate sourcing calls, identifying and evaluating candidates, presenting candidates to clients, conducting reference checks, and negotiating the successful close of search projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Briefly, the responsibilities of the role shall spread across three areas:
Client Management
a) Be the SPOC for a set of 6-10 clients
b) Interact with clients to get a clear briefing on the open positions
c) Analyze the client's requirements and identify the best ways to source talent
d) Coordinating with different levels of interview with clients.
e) Negotiate salaries on the behalf of the candidates and yet ensure client satisfaction
f) Maintain relationship with new/existing client and proactively seek new business
Operations
a) Handle a team of 2-5 Recruiters and be responsible for mentoring and training them
b) Pre-Screen the Resumes sourced by the team and send relevant profiles to client for their perusal
c) Assist and guide team in sourcing profiles from different job Portals, through Job Posting, Referencing and Headhunting
d) Negotiate salary, generation of offer and finalization with candidates.
e) Prepare & maintaining MIS of work for review with management
Organization Development
a) Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients
b) Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams
c) Recruit and train the junior recruitment consultants and prepare them for managerial assignments / roles in next 6-9 months
Job Requirements:
- Should have experience working in professional services , preferably business consulting
- Prior recruitment experience in not mandatory
- Professional Qualification: MBA from a top ranked institute
- Should have excellent communication (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
- Self directed work style with minimum direction
- Ability to work under pressure
