Recruitment Manager - BFSI (6-8 yrs)

Given below is the requirement for a leading Investment bank in India. Full time MBA is must for this role

Global Finance Services (GFS) was established in 2007 as a shared services provider of choice for the XYZ Group. GFS sits within the Finance Division of Corporate Affairs Group.

GFS is an integral part of XYZ’s global service delivery strategy and is currently experiencing rapid growth and expansion. The business currently employs more than 240 people in its Gurgaon Office in Delhi NCR and they provide a range of finance services supporting XYZ’s operating areas and management through the provision of financial control, financial planning and capital management, management reporting and budgeting and divisional accounting services.

GFS is responsible for identifying opportunities to support greater operational scalability via enhanced financial controllership, Quality, process standardisation, delivering cost efficiency, best practice service excellence management and enhanced operational / financial risk control. GFS is also looking to expand its service offering beyond finance and into areas such as investment banking and other processes performed by XYZ business groups. It’s this expansion which will drive the future growth of GFS.

DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive Recruitment is a member of the GFS HR team. The primary responsibility of the role is to support the organization in talent acquisition. These include attraction, selection as per the organization recruitment process, making offers and on boarding.

CLIENT CONTACT/RELATIONSHIPS

GFS leadership / management teams and staff

GFS wide job applicants

External service providers (recruitment agents, training services providers etc.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Management / Recruitment

- Actively drive the recruitment process to ensure delivery of the process.

- Build, manage and review relationships with key recruitment vendors and accredited suppliers

- Conduct behavioural interviewing, interpretation of psychometric assessment results, negotiation of offers etc

- Create greater presence as an employer of choice in the market place

- Work on innovative programs to facilitate a high calibre talent acquisition / recruitment process

- Prepare reports and dashboards on the recruitment process and report periodically to the Senior Management / Project Managers / Key stakeholders

KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Technical Skills Good knowledge and experience of the Human Resources function and industry best practices

2. Tenacity and problem solving Proven track record in delivering quality outcome

High attention to detail.

3. Communication skills Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication to large groups and/or senior staff.

Demonstrated ability to achieve ‘win-win’ outcomes.

4. Client orientation Ability to build strong relationship and influence clients and stakeholders.

Proactive approach to anticipating client needs issues and challenges, and initiating solutions which carry through to resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE

Post graduate qualification in HR preferred e.g., Masters is Human Resources or MBA (HR)

Relevant experience in recruitment in a fast paced, professional, international business environment, preferably Shared Services / BPO / ITES

6 - 8 years of experience
