We have opportunity with one of Investment Bank - Bengaluru for Talent Acquisition  Position Name: Recruitment Lead  Job Location: Bengaluru  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Handles the talent acquisition, for different division.  - Researches candidates through various channels to feed the funnel of candidates and creates a database of prospective candidates.  - Conducts HR interviews, phone screening, and schedules interviews with stakeholders, including follow-up calls, managing joining dates, joining processes etc.  - Maintains regular communication and acts as a one point contact for candidates  - Source, Screen, resumes as per JD, interview co-ordination, offer closure, on-boarding  - Coordinating with the departments for the various requirements  - Manage hiring and close open position   - Create pipeline for all open positions including new and replacement positions  - Succession planning with respect to concerned departments   - New methodologies of sourcing resumes & improve hiring methodologies  - Managing candidate documentation & offer letter generation  - Coordinating with consultants for opened positions  Required Skills:  - 8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition  - Experience in handling Bulk hiring for IT / BPO / Telecom  - Should have experience in team handling  - Excellent in recruitment & head hunting skills  Ankita Sawant
