India Recruitment Head- 10-12 Years (B.Tech) -With one of the leading IT clients

We are hiring for India Recruitment Head with one of the leading IT Services company based out of Bangalore.

Incumbent needs to recognize the below as done and dusted.

- Provide support, direction and leadership to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function through development and implementation for all Talent Acquisition programs for India Region.

- Independently provide comprehensive Talent Acquisition support for all hiring activities in India. With limited guidance, provide expertise, support and advice on the Talent Acquisition process to assigned management teams as required. Support employer branding.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and Lead recruitment for India region

- Oversee and manage special initiatives in Talent Acquisition projects as desired and Assigned

- Assist with managing projects related to legislation in the recruitment process within HR and across the business

- Live up to HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance

- Independently provide coaching and counselling to functional business leaders, line management and executive management to effectively support strategic Talent Acquisition goals

- Interact and coordinate with functional business leaders and executive management to communicate and deliver strategic Talent Acquisition solutions as necessary for their businesses

- Provide reports to functional business leaders and executive management quarterly or as requested regarding strategic Talent Acquisition activity.

- Keep abreast of market trends and demand impacting the company's ability to attract competitive candidates; coordinate with the compensation team on salary offer considerations and equity concerns.

- Guide and Lead Talent Acquisition teams to be able to source and hire Right Talent at the Right Time more efficiently

- Overall enable quality and timely hiring process to enable business and create value propositions of demand pipelines
