Recruitment Head - BPS Hiring (10-23 yrs)
Overall 12-20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and atleast 8-15 years experience in recruitment for global bps hiring.
Have expertise in strategic planning, devise recruitment strategies for volume hiring and lateral hiring for global clients.
With proven track record of increasing revenues, establishing franchisee / channel partner networks, streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity.
Should be an effective professional endowed with excellent communication, relationship management and analytical skills.

Influence external and internal stakeholders on existing and new approaches, initiatives and programs .

Oversee all recruiting programs and activities like external search, internal staffing, sourcing activities, campus recruiting, internship programs, vendor management, employee referrals, selection processes, assessment use, diversity, etc. in alignment with global talent recruiting strategy and processes.
