Talent Acquisition:

- Coordinating with HODs for employee requisition process

- Sourcing / Screening the resumes, short listing them and conducting interviews

- Working with multiple recruitment agencies

- Ensuring slection is a based on Competency & Experience both

- Salary negotiation with candidate & rolling out offers

- Conducting Reference Checks before getting the candidate on the rolls of the company

- Coordinating with consultants on specific profiles

- Conducting campus recruitment

New Joinee Induction & Orientation:

- Responsible for Rotational Induction and Group Induction across the functions.

- Inducting new joinees pertaining to company policies, benefits and HR systems usage

- Managing and responsible for timely closure of joining formalities of new joinees

- Ensuring timely creation of employee ID and allotment of various assets and requirement for smooth induction and business continuity
