Should have exposure in handling recruitment for clients in wholesale banking, capital markets, institutional equities and investment banking.   Location : Mumbai & Delhi  The role will involve :   - Handling end to end recruitment activities   - Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods   - Analyzing and understanding the client's requirements   - Focus towards building Key / Large accounts through effective client relationship management   - Escalations and Resolutions management   - Candidate Assessment and Management   - Responsible for invoicing & collections   - Experience/ Knowledge of market & industry mapping   Desired Candidate Profile :   - Should be smart, assertive, logical and achievement oriented   - Recruitment experience in BFSI sector is mandatory.  Salary Range: 8-9 LPA
