Recruitment Consultant - Banking

We are looking to hire a consultants handling recruitment for the Banking vertical. Should have exposure in handling recruitment for clients in wholesale banking, investment banking and support functions.

Location : Mumbai

The role will involve :

- Handling end to end recruitment activities

- Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods

- Analyzing and understanding the client's requirements

- Focus towards building Key / Large accounts through effective client relationship management

- Escalations and Resolutions management

- Candidate Assessment and Management

- Responsible for invoicing & collections

- Experience/ Knowledge of market & industry mapping

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should be smart, assertive, logical and achievement oriented

- Recruitment experience in banking sector is mandatory.
