Role

- Head hunting

- Research and prepare search map

- Screening Profiles

- Source and attract candidates

- Apply a thorough knowledge of the recruitment life cycle to fill positions efficiently

- Conduct telephonic interviews

- Conduct personal interviews if possible/Video interviews

- Prepare analytical/assessment report on each candidature

- Candidate presentation and Client – Candidate coordination

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Well organized, you must be self-motivated and a good team player. Adjust your working hours with international time zone. Good time management and outstanding interviewing skills.

- Ability to maintain confidential information. Strong result and detail orientation.
