Recruitment Associate - BFSI (7-8 yrs)
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting experienced hire recruiting for the Investment Banking Ops division
- Managing candidate flow for hiring managers sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline
- Acting as the liaison between managers and executive search firms
- Managing candidate expectations and negotiating compensation packages for new hires
- Developing external contacts to stay abreast of new hiring practices, market intelligence and trends in the industry
- Providing recruiting activity management reports
- Ensuring the firm maintains a flow of diverse candidates for all positions
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- 7-8 years end to end hiring experience only into Banking Hiring/Non - IT hiring
- Ability to partner with clients at all levels of the business and candidates, anticipating needs and pro-actively providing information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients
- Creative skills- to assess current recruitment process versus hiring demands, areas for improvement, and solutions to meet demand more efficiently.
- Negotiation skills and ability to present ideas and build consensus with business clients.
- Broad knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Strong communications skills – listening, written, and verbal.
