Recruitment Analyst (3-5 years)
We have job openings in a leading MNC in Gurgaon . I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in HR Recruitment Role.
Skills required -
- Coordinate a seamless recruiting process including on and off campus recruiting programs, campus events and lateral recruitment process
- Provide Payroll inputs on a monthly basis for all new joinees as required to Finance
- Establish and develop relationships with the Campus Representatives and Manager
- Generate e-codes, manage pre & post joining logistics for new hires, update internal HR systems from time to time
- Responsible for processing on-line applications for consulting recruitment
- Supporting issuance of offer letters, visa letters for training, logistics emails for recruiting events and handling other logistics for these events.
- MBA (HR) with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Exposure in entire recruitment cycle
- Person who is currently handling end-to-end Recruitment role.
