Role:  - Sourcing of profiles for the different verticals through Social Media & Global Portals  - Check the suitability of candidate's profiles against specifications (Screening)  - Directly Working with client Hiring Managers & Conducting Telecon Screening interviews  - Maintaining/Updating the ATS Systems of clients (Taleo/PeopleSoft/PeopleFluent)  - Coordinating with client, Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the interview process  - Post Offer Follow up with selected candidates till they come on board.  - Close positions within the TAT  We will welcome you to our team if you have following skills with recruitment experience :  - Passion for global recruitment   - Attention to detail  - You possess good communication skills - verbal and written  - Unstoppable drive to hire and close positions  - Fire in the belly  - We hire for RIGHT attitude..!!  We are 5 days & alternate saturday working.
