Recruiter + HR Generalist - eCommerce

A leading eCommerce company is looking out for a HR (Recruiter+ Generalist) role in Noida district.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Working closely with the hiring managers and technical panels to understand more on the requirements/ technologies

- Managing entire interview process smoothly.

- Selection and offer management & Onboarding Process.

- Mentoring the junior members

- Looking for someone with strong hold in recruitment and open to do generalist role. (It will be 60% recruitment and 40% generalist role).

- Ability to deal with & manage ambiguity

- Candidates should be from E-Commerce or Tech Companies only, and should be have PGDM/MBA degree from Top Rank Colleges.

Salary offered: 5 - 9 LPA
