1) The recruiter should have impeccable communication skills (English - written & oral)
2) Should be research oriented
3) Must have excellent networking skills
4) Recruitment experience of bulk / no. hiring would be added advantage
5) Recruitment experience in IT / Banking Technology would be added advantage
