Job description

- Strong exp. in Record to Report process of Finance/Accounting processes

- Good to have candidates from Resources background

Have flavor of Process Consulting

- Strong Knowledge in the Record to Report process area and related finance and accounting processes

- Strong knowledge of Process Optimization: Provide business process method and tool expertise for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes in Chemicals industry

- Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues

- Strong oral and written communications skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Experience in successfully delivering process excellence and business process reengineering assignments across Finance & Accounting processes such as Record to Report

- Experience of successfully delivering projects in areas such as: Business process improvement, Business Process Re-engineering, Process assessment and solution design for Process Automation, Business Process Modeling strategy, process management or data management business process design and modeling etc.

- Strong process excellence experience for key usage scenarios ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design, re-engineering and change management to system implementation.

Qualification- MBA(Regular) only from Top Ranked college
