We at RB are looking for a Technical Manager to lead process development and manufacturing technology transfer for Healthcare & Personal Hygiene products within RB and co-pack manufacturing sites in India. The incumbent shall be responsible   - To lead overall co-ordination of the Technology-transfers projects  - For delivery of efficient Process Technology for New Products introduction within RB India.   Responsibilities:  - Broad general technical management role with direct responsibility for managing a team of 6-8 skilled people.  - Lead and responsible for New Products and New Technologies, Site to Site Manufacturing Technology Transfer, Mono-source and Business Continuity projects for the site.  - To lead technical process development and process improvement to achieve strategic imperatives and cost effectiveness.  - Support continuous improvement of processes across the site.  - Leads and is responsible for overall project management for new initiatives at site.   - Ad-hoc technical support for Operations, including NCR's and support for Audits.  - Active member of site leadership team to ensure site KPI's are met.   - To manage projects within budget and deadlines to ensure implementation of supply/technical strategy  - Lead the process technology team in regulatory and statutory audits e.g. WHO / USFDA/ European GMP inspections.   Professional Attributes:  - Post Graduate in Chemistry with minimum of 8-10 years of Industrial experience in similar filed.   - Minimum 5 years in managerial capacity.   - Must have an exposure to European and US GMP inspections.   About RB:  RB is different: - good enough- isn't good enough here.  RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company.
