We at RB are looking for Supply Excellence Manager for our Healthcare & Personal Hygiene business.    Responsibilities:    - Manage of a team that delivers new ideas and products, key improvements to technologies and product changes on sites;  - Leads the actions from Cross Functional Teams to ensure that all new product, change projects are managed to completion and to the defined timelines;  - Making efficient and best use of resource to ensure business projects meet tight, often fixed deadlines by prioritization;  - Works across functions to identify and deliver improvements (GM, Squeeze, PPV, X-Trim)  - Gross Margin enhancement through cost optimization (Squeeze/PPV/X-trim)  - Support NR Growth for India & for other importing countries   Academic requirements    - Must possess a graduate degree or equivalent in relevant streams e.g. Engineering, MBA, Chemistry, Pharmacy etc.   - Any certificate in project Management skills (e.g. PMP) is advantageous   Work experience requirements    - Graduate with 10 years+ multi-functional handling experience in an national/international business; commercial exposure and credibility  - Strong track record of delivery is critical  - Project Management experience.  - Proven experience in multi-functional / multinational project management   - An excellent communication and influential skill at all levels of the organization.   - Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills, able to influence people of all levels  - Detailed knowledge of SOP processes   About RB:    RB is different: - good enough- isn't good enough here.   RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company.
