SUMMARY   The Super User is responsible for ensuring the alignment between the global template and local business ways of working and roles in their part of the business. This may require changes to the solution, but changes to local process are more likely, so a key part of the role is local stakeholder management and communication - they must act as local change agents. They are also the first resource that will be called on to deliver education and training, and they will retain their role as trainers and as first line support at and after go-live. The Super User team represents the site for User Acceptance Testing and will play a key role in data collection and migration and the adaptation of global SOPs to local needs. Super Users will be full-time throughout the deployment project and can expect to travel to Project team premises in the UK for extended periods (up to 2 weeks at a time). Their primary (but not only) point of contact on the project team will be with their respective Deployment Process Team member(s).  Note: SU coverage will be needed for each of the following areas. Each SU must be full-time dedicated to the deployment but may split their time across functional areas, with the agreement of the Deployment Team.  - Customer Service  - Production Planning  - Vendor Scheduling  - MDM vendors   - Production Execution  - Logistics/Warehouse  - Quality  - MDM materials  - Procurement (stock and NPS)  - Master data management (ie business as usual process to maintain data)  - Finance inc BSG   RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:   - Knowledge transfer - provide business process understanding and knowledge related to the relevant functional area, to ensure the SAP team takes on board the key business requirements and risks which the solution must manage.  - Participate in and contribute to Fit-Gap and Playback workshops with the Core SAP team, to confirm local processes and reporting needs and identify legitimate potential localisations.  - Contribute to the population of the site Impact of Change log, then use it to guide the site through the management of changes to deliver the global template and planned benefits  - Drawing on guidance from the deployment team, identify and size the benefits the site could achieve, and support the site Leadership Team to plan for how they will be delivered and tracked.  - Testing - propose User Acceptance Test scenarios based on standard processes and 'must have' current processes, document and execute tests in a validated SAP environment.  - Roles - map business users to SAP roles, including proposing business role or structure changes where necessary eg for Segregation of Duties  - SOPs - update existing local work instructions to map to new global SOPs, drive the adoption of global SOPs  - End User training - support the training needs analysis (confirming the training package that is needed for each job role/individual in their area); contribute to the translation and maintenance of comprehensive education and training materials; deliver education and training to a defined population of end users.  - Dependent on the training and support model used, identify and coach a team of Key Users who may carry out UAT, training delivery, local communications and post go-live support. Provide line manager responsibility for KUs who are released full-time  - Data cleansing co-ordination - ensure all appropriate data is created/collected, cleansed and verified in preparation for transfer to SAP  - Working with the local IS BA, ensure that an updated Business Continuity Plan for their functional area is available and tested before go-live  - Cutover: participate in cutover planning and take accountability for the success of cutover in their functional area  - Communication: deliver proactive communication with the site (all levels), creating or tailoring materials from the deployment team as required  - Stakeholder management: keep key local stakeholders informed and engaged in all aspects of the deployment, especially the relevant leadership team member(s)  - Post go live:  review non-compliance areas and gain senior management support to correct, ensure the tracking of relevant business KPIs  seek opportunities for improvements, both at the site and in cross-RB SU forums  deliver training for new starters, process changes, role changes etc; train successor super users.   PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:   - MBA in Supply Chain with 8 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain  - Specific Exposure to - Supply Chain Distribution (Operational Role in Logistics and Warehousing); Demand Planning; Supply Network Planning; Customer Service;   - SAP exposure preferred  - Business analysis experience is ideal but not critical - an analytical approach and being open-minded about change are as important.  - Possess general awareness of the processes operated across the site, and specific detailed knowledge of their functional area.   PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:   - Excellent English and local site language skills, both verbal and written.  - Basic training and presentation skills  - High level of PC literacy and comfortable with IT systems, not fazed by them  - Organised and methodical in general approach to work.  - Analytical approach  - Confident to use defined project management tools and techniques, under guidance from the Deployment Manager  - Decisive but recognises when a decision needs to be escalated  - Recognised as credible and a key player in their function within the site, with in-depth understanding of the current operational business processes. Able to communicate with and motivate their peers locally.  - Capability to identify or recognise more effective ways of working, and be able to propose and structure where relevant.
