We at RB are looking for Business Process Owner for Sales & Distribution/SCM who shall be a part of Area SAP Deployment Team. He shall play a key role in the team that is responsible for identifying, developing and deploying the business processes and systems which will drive the RB business for the future. Articulate effectively the benefits of business process and global standardisation.   RESPONSIBILITIES :    - Subject matter expert responsible for all global business process in the area of customer service, pricing and logistics including, but not limited to, customer order management, shipment and logistics.   - Work closely with other global BPOs for related areas, area and country deployment team, SAP Competency Centre.   - Gives input to strategic decisions around programme strategies, objectives, scope and roadmaps.  - Define which processes, policies, systems, data & governance need to be consistent globally. Drive and reinforce commonality where required and justify uniqueness where necessary.   - Champion benefits of the solution and the use of standard ERP functionality.  - Contribute to overall business case for the solution. Define success for their process area and support development of appropriate tracking mechanisms and targets associated with process / system adoption and business benefit realization  - Ensure global alignment around new processes. Coordinate process decisions with other Global Process Owners.   - Contribute and review the system process design. Align business imperatives and requirements with technologies being utilized. Drive appropriate business sign-off of the design and delivered capabilities   - Resolve escalated issues and items that require approval; escalate to the Area Steer-Co as appropriate  - Resolve business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliver the project and support goals.   - Participate in the solution change control process by evaluating, advising and reinforcing commonality vs. local requirement guidelines   PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE :   - MBA in Supply Chain with 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Distribution / Supply Chain  - SAP exposure preferred  - Business analysis experience is ideal but not critical - an analytical approach and being open-minded about change are as important.   Experience Required in :    - Senior Key Account Management  - Large market experience   - Multiple market experience preferred  - Worked within all areas of sales & distribution  - Demonstrable proven track record of influencing to senior stakeholders   PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :-   - Respect, trust and influence across RB global and IMEX at all levels of the organisation  - Willing to challenge status quo  - Understands RB's Turbo 2020 objectives  - Understand the critical elements of the programme and the importance of integration across functional areas and data  - Ability to visualise the impact of new business processes on RBs future performance  - Able to articulate benefits of and drives changes to business process  - Ability to articulate and demonstrate perspectives and experiences  - Able to drive alignment   - Effective communicator   ABOUT RB :    RB is different : Good enough isn't good enough here.   RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company.
