We at RB are looking for a Production Planning Support. The primary focus of the role will be the effective Production Planning through SNP-APO (PPDS) to align with production team with defined productivity & OEE.


Responsibilities:


- Prepare a mutually agreed weekly & monthly production plan with production team on the basis of material availability confirmation and sharing back to customers in case of any concerns / delays;

- Following up the procurement team for arranging the required materials for manufacturing and packing as per plan

- Continuous Monitoring of Alerts and acting according to the warning

- Nil Air freight to customers due to production delays

- Releasing Trial Orders according to the requirement in system as well making reservation of materials

- Understand customer demand profile and material usage patterns to determine future replenishment policy.

- Preparing the production frequency report weekly

- Weekly review of FC and align production as per the priority

- To enable achievement of the production plan by tracking plan vs actual on weekly basis.

- Master maintenance - Maintaining product master in SNP, fixing the planning parameter in SAP, maintaining the Product Data Source in SNP

- Analysing Capacity and maintaining the detailed scheduling by using PPDS

- Preparing the monthly actual volume against Plan and FC with reason for up & down

- Any Tech Transfer /NPD /EPDs need full participation and engagement

- Adhering to Company's Policies and Audit compliance

- Co-ordination with Customer Service, Production, Quality, Technical, Procurement, Finance and Warehouse and Engineering.


Professional Attributes:


- 2-4 years of experience

- SAP experience in:

- SNP (APO - PPDS)

- MDM
