We at RB are looking for National Analytics Manager, will be responsible for creating sustainable long term growth by leading planning & implementing the Analytics blue print for the Country which will be an enabler for driving the sales strategy. The position will deliver Cutting Age Technology and Inputs to drive & deliver Business Targets. The Position is an integral part of selling structure where the incumbent will work closely with IS and Sales Team to Lead the Data Analytics Agenda for the Organization.   Responsibilities/Accountabilities :   - Own & Transform Sales Analytics Agenda for the company  - Run various planned and ad hoc analysis of key sales data for driving productivity, territory planning which will eventually help in accurate supply planning   - Should have the capabilities to drill down to root cause analysis as well as give a bigger picture to the leadership  - Drive the Usage and Relevance of analytics/reporting for the Stakeholders to drive Biz Performance   - Plan Test & Execute New Solutions to Deliver Incremental Biz  - Lead Analytics initiative (Trade & Customer) & drive execution  - Lead roll-out in field and Market  - Leverage market/customer data to provide analysis that will drive sales strategy  - Take initiative and generate recommendations for Future (Both Short & Long Term)   - Identify opportunities in Urban / Rural / Pharma Go to Market and make plans to convert them to revenue  - Develop sales reports, Leverage data analytics for driving business in Rural for the region    Professional Qualifications/ Experience :   Post Graduate in Business Management from a Premier B-School with 7+ Years of experience in Sales & Distribution in the FMCG sector   Preferably having experience of working in Rural Geography of India  - In depth knowledge of Sales & Distribution  - Key Account Management & Trade Marketing  - Ability to relate IT with business coupled with strong project management skills  - Strong ability to build capabilities through training & coaching  - Proven sales Analytical knowledge and abilities  - Knowledge of the 3D's (Distribution, Displays and Detailing).
