We at RB are looking for a Business Analyst - Commercial. RB is in the transition to strengthen its Go To Market Capabilities. Especially in the areas of Sales Force Automation & Distributor Management System. This Role leads the IT initiatives in both the areas of SFA & DMS. Also responsible for continuous process & system improvements in both these areas. The SFA solutions in RB include both the Handheld solution for traditional trade as well as for the Pharma channel including Doctor / Pharma detailing.    Scope/Dimensions of the role   The BA Commercial actively participate in the development and implementation of IT platforms and capabilities for DMS & SFA activities. She/he will work closely with sales team in the country and Global IT Teams responsible for DMS & SFA initiatives to understand their business requirements. The incumbent will have to ensure the India functional needs and requirements are communicated and addressed in any global solution. Once delivered, the role requires a comprehensive understanding of the solution so that its use is developed within the market. The role would require interacting with the Area, Global Sales IT Teams and bringing Area / Global solutions to India. The BA Commercial will be responsible for implementation and exploitation of the global platforms for DMS & SFA as well as implementing any local projects and platforms where global platforms do not meet the local business needs.    Responsibilities   - Supporting execution of Distributor Management System implementation with Sales Teams  - Manage Development and support of DMS / SFA / Infrastructure servers/Trade Marketing Portal (Schemes)and related applications.  - Support analytics related to GTM initiatives  - Build a strong partnership with functional teams and business in general, to ensure a full understanding of needs, priorities and plans.  - Project management of multiple projects including policies and procedures, status reports, system design, process flows and project presentations.  - Management, support, coaching and training to other Business Analysts and contract staff with respect to Sales systems  - Ensure Geographical region needs and requirements are effectively communicated to the global development teams and that these are addressed.  - Effectively manage external relationships to the benefit of the organization. As part of this, monitor sales trends, identify potential benefits / risks and ensure local / regional / global awareness of these.   Professional Attributes   - Minimum Bachelors- Degree preferably in engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, Sales or marketing. He needs to have at least 8 years (with post-graduation) or 10 years (without post-graduation) of Experience in Management and Development of IT systems in Sales  - Project Management: Well versed in Project methodology and Change Management   - Functional and Technical skills:   - Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams  - Experience in Sales analytics   - Experience in deployment of SFA / DMS is preferred  - Working Knowledge of BI and Analytics solutions.  - Process Management: Software Development Life Cycle, Sales (Primary & Secondary) Processes, Documentation, Training   Personal Attributes   - Able to quickly grasp new job requirements and/or more demanding tasks  - Able to work with little or no supervision with accuracy and thoroughness  - Works with organization to resolve issues, implements appropriate and timely solutions  - Strong cognitive ability: Ability to process on the fly.
