ARE YOU A GREAT INNOVATOR  We at RB are looking for AREA INNOVATION MANAGER - DvM to build & drive the Innovation Pipeline for POWER BRANDS like HARPIC, MORTEIN AND VEET   To deliver sustainable growth with a lean and agile organisation, RB Globally now has two Geographical Areas: Europe and North America (ENA) and Developing Markets (DvM). Further, to enhance scalability, consistency and speed of execution in these Areas, we have initiated Power of 1(Po1) thinking, planning and executions for our Power Brands at an Area level.   India will be the hub for brand planning, innovation, communication and shopper activation for key Power Brands for all of the Developing Markets (Asia, Middle East, Africa, Latin America). This is an exciting opportunity for innovators to build innovation pipeline and sustainable businesses with vast international exposure.   We are looking for marketing professionals from the top few FMCG companies who have rich experience in innovation and project management with strong focus on consumer needs as well as commercial acumen.    Scope/Dimensions of Role  Area Innovation Manager will be responsible for driving fewer, faster and better category Top NPD projects from qualified concept to launch, across DvM. He/ she will be based out of Power Market and work closely with other DvM countries, Category Development Organization, Global and Area Functions. Focus will be on Top NPDs, Area specific projects across agreed categories.   Responsibilities  - Provide input to Global Brand Marketing Managers on concept development, to guarantee Area needs are met.  - Lead development of defined NPDs since concept is qualified up to DvM area launch. Work with the local team to develop the strategy that ensures the right balance between the brand base and the new innovation project  - Develop volume forecast with power markets, providing price and COGs assumptions in line with PDB; to develop area capacity and sourcing plan with Area Supply.   - Provide cross functional leadership across lead market marketing, shopper marketing, Supply, SSG/R&D, global CDO, Finance to ensure project is delivered on time, according to the CPS.  - Develop Area P&L for Launch Reco, working together with Finance, Supply and Lead markets.  - Drive Launch Reco development from Product Pack approval, in compliance with Operating Model requirements.   - Post-launch evaluation and recommendation for key projects, within one year of launch.  - Identify growth opportunities linked to projects.  - Provide countries with necessary supports / materials to incorporate projects into local marketing brand plans.  We are looking for individuals who are CREATIVE, ENTREPRENURIAL, PASSIONATE and willing to CHANGE THE GAME.   Professional Attributes  - MBA in Sales / Marketing from premium campuses in India or abroad  - 6-8 years experience with minimum 1-2 years in innovation   - Must demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within an FMCG environment  - Should possess thorough knowledge of the sales process and strong commercial awareness.   Personal Attributes  - Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to sets clear priorities and meets deadlines.   - Positive, initiative driven, motivating and a natural leader  - Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated  - Strong commercial awareness with an international outlook  - Ambitious and flexible  - Excellent communication and presentation skills   - Good financial skills and P&L understanding; resilient and able to perform under pressure   About RB  RB is different: 'good enough' isn't good enough here.  RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company, with sales in nearly 200 countries and operations in over 60 countries.
