We at RB are looking for an Activity Manager. The post holder forms a link between internal and external business functions.    Scope/Dimensions of the Role  The Activity Manager is accountable for supporting the activity management of factory led responsibilities relating to the successful implementation of packaging and raw material changes for NPD and EPD projects. She/he ensures that projects are effectively planned, communicated and implemented whilst supporting communication channels with routine updates to the project team and cross function stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Supply) in the overall coordination of a high number of projects; to high standards and to meet project deadlines.   Responsibilities   Functional  To assist the activity managers in the co-ordination of the following:  - To analyse the project brief for accurate completion and to identify tasks, risks, barriers and opportunities (time, cost, quality)  - Co-ordination of the project approval (PDB) and ensuring timely and accurate presentation to project champion & other stake holders.  - Facilitation of project planning meetings & circulate MOM of the meetings to update the team on the project time lines.  - Proactive participation in influencing the project life cycle, encompassing the needs of project champions and both internal and external stakeholders  - Provision of weekly business updates via business planning tools like MS Projects.  - Tracking, prioritising and ensuring key project milestones are achieved & push people if any activity is stuck.  - Ensure that issues are elevated and challenged to deliver resolutions and seamless change.  - Any other tasks commensurate with the post grading, as shall be determined form time to time.   Cross Functional  - Close working relationships with management, team members, internal and external customers alike.  - Internal and external project negotiation situations  - Contact with external supplier representatives.  - Reporting to the Activity Manager  - Daily cross functional contact with internal and external business.  - Ensure interpersonal and facility relations are effective and maintained.  - Being part of a wider team of highly motivated and well-trained staff.   Professional Attributes  - Science/Pharmacy/Engineering/Bio-Tech / Commerce graduate minimum.  - MBA or equivalent course will be preferred  - Certification in Project Management from a reputed institute    Personal Attributes  - Knowledge on Healthcare products project management  - Good control and command over project management tools, trackers etc.   - Good exposure to Change management Systems and SOPs  - Good interpersonal skills to manage outside CFT members from Europe / USA and other third world countries.  - Proficient in soft tools like MS Projects, MS Office, Track Wise online Change Management System, Artwork management System   About RB  RB is different: 'good enough' isn't good enough here.   RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company, with sales in nearly 200 countries and operations in over 60 countries.
