Position: Real Estate Structured (ABS/MBS/RMBS) Ratings Analyst

Role:

- Ratings of Indian Structured Finance Transactions in the Real Estate Sector like ABS/ MBS/ RMBS/ CMBS

Transactions

Requirements:

- MBA (Premier Institute)/ CA/ CFA

- 3-5 yrs of experience in the Corporate Finance team of a Real Estate Developer, Housing Finance Company, Bank which finances such transactions, or a Property Advisory Consultant with knowledge of evaluating real estate companies' financial statements or as part of the debt raising team

- Should have knowledge of the real estate markets, of securitisation and capital markets

- Understanding of the securitisation markets, recourse and non-recourse based transactions and guarantees

- Ability to vet Transaction Documentation, liaise with legal firms and Issuers to understand key aspects of transactions to be rated

- Proficient in excel based cash flow modelling

- Performs active surveillance and risk monitoring of transactions

- Author and publish reports
