Job Description:
- Work closely with key Business Heads and create marketing plans to achieve business objectives to work on product positioning, promotions and pull campaigns.
- Handle Customer engagement models management.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Forecasting, planning and driving execution through data analysis.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and managers.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- Coordinating with Proposal team and delivering the proposal within timeline to customers.
- Meeting Targets for the month.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Daily basis follow-ups in terms of completion of the orders and meet client requirement.
- Segregation of area among the Team Members.
- Allotting targets to the team.
- Guiding and mentoring team on business closures.
Desired Skills:
- Should have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts.
- Have good analytical skills
- Be a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
