Job Description :   Job Title : Sr. Project Manager/Sr. Business Analyst - Retail Asset  Department : BSG  Location : NOC-Goregaon  Position Purpose :  - S/he will be responsible to understand user requirements with regard to Financial Inclusion, help in implementation of FI strategy,and provide comprehensive solution and get same implemented. End to End Project Management with specific focus on on-time and quality delivery.  Position Responsibilities :   Key Responsibilities :  - Coordinating with Technology partner, business and operations teams for gathering requirements, Understand Requirement, Feasibility Check, Prepare BRD and Requirement Sign-off  - Help in identifying strategic areas and implement same to help in growth of business drivers.  - Track deliveries, plan for testing, test plan and case preparation, testing and Implementation   - Program and Project Management   - Manage the system functionality implementation end to end including the accounting part  - Support the project manager for other enterprise level changes / enhancements.  - Manage and Track critical issues to closure  Qualifications and Experience Requirement :  Qualifications :  Essential Engineering Graduate with MBA  Experience :  Essential :  - 8-12 years of experience with 6-8 years in Financial Inclusion space.  - 8+ years of experience as Senior business analyst and/or project management  - Understanding of FI industry.  - End to End implementation of large size project which also has cross-functional flavour to the project  - Should have knowledge of current FI eco system and digital advancement  - Should have knowledge of API's, Web services and Integrations of multiple applications.  - Should have worked on Mobility projects  Competency Requirements :   Technical Skills :  Skill Attribute :  - Business Analyst Should be able to analyse and arrive at a cost effective solution   - Project Management Should be able to manage large implementation projects  - Technical Writing Should have the capability of putting discussions/requirements in a way everyday users can understand  Behavioural Skills :  Skill Attribute :  Communication Skills : Communicates in an open, candid and consistent manner  Team work/Cooperation : Openly shares information, knowledge and expertise with the team and co-workers, gives feedback and is open to feedback from team/co-workers, puts accomplishing of organizations goals ahead of individual goals.
