Position Purpose :
Business Development : for onboarding NTBs on asset & liability in SME segment. SME segment caters to companies with turnover of uptoRs 300 crores.
- Asset, liability, and fee based.
Position Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
Business acquisition :
- Creation of database of companies. Identifying potential clients & their banking needs.
- Thorough understanding of client's business, promoters- background and representing the case to committee for approval
- Knowledge of financial analysis, risk analysis and credit appraisal for sanction from respective approving authorities.
- Structuring of Fund / Non Fund / Trade / Fx based financial products for working capital & capex requirements to suit customer's need
- Acquiring new clients with regards to these products with key deliverable as revenue towards assets, liabilities and fee based income.
Documentation & Process :
- Liaise with various divisions like compliance / CAD / legal for on boarding the client and then servicing them.
Maintenance of Portfolio Quality and performance :
- Maintaining portfolio quality by monitoring the performance of the account / pending compliances and identifying stress and delinquency situations
- Ensuring utilisation of sanctioned limits and proper churning in NTBs
- Cross selling different products including Retail products to clients and be an ambassador of One RBL Bank
Qualification :
Essential : CA's or MBA's from reputed institutes
Experience :
Essential : 3-6 years experience
Skill :
Business Development : Excellent business development skills. Good connect at local market
Relationship Management : Good in relationship Management skills
Credit risk understanding : Deep Knowledge on Credit Risk Understanding in order to ensure proper due diligence
Banking products understanding: Sound Understanding of commercial market products as well other products of bank to ensure right need analysis
Problem solving : Ability to effectively solve Problem and provide effective solutions well within desired TAT
Conflict management : Excellent conflict Management skills
Ability to get things done : Unwavering focus on achieving results
Team player : Working collaboratively to achieve the common goals and be successful together
