Job Title : Assistant Relationship Manager, MNC client group - C&IB Grade : Senior Manager / AVP Department : Corporate and Institutional Banking Location : Mumbai Eligible Employee : Manager, Senior Manager & AVP Reporting To : Relationship Managers Position Purpose : To assist RM's in the coverage of MNCs clients, sanctioning process, credit monitoring, documentation, meeting the desired portfolio and TAT standards. Key Responsibilities : - Assist RM to grow revenues, build asset book, contingents, and liabilities, and expansion of client base. Focus is on trade and cash product and FEX - Support in coverage of multinational clients - Credit analysis, risk identification, credit presentation (credit memo) - Delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank - Work with product and support teams under the guidance of RM to ensure seamless delivery Qualifications and Experience Requirement : Qualifications : Essential : MBA from premier campus / CA Experience : Essential : 3-4 years Competency Requirements : Technical Skills : Business Analysis : - Credit writing skills with comprehensive coverage of all risk related issues - Ability to spot new business opportunities; - Interaction with clients; - Strong communication skills - verbal, and written (including report writing, presentations, etc); - Focus will be on meeting the MNC client need for customised solutions in Trade and Cash. Therefore ability liaise with internal product partners is key.
